Regenerative medicine is “the active use of cells to regenerate the functions of living tissues and organs that have become dysfunctional due to aging or disease.
At our clinic, we are introducing a safe and secure new field of treatment using your own “cells”.
According to the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, regenerative medicine is “the active use of cells to regenerate the functions of living tissues and organs that have suffered from functional disorders or malfunctions.
In brief, it can be described as a new type of medical treatment using cells.
There are many types of stem cell therapy.
There are also many ways to obtain, culture, and obtain the cells.
Because it is a cutting-edge treatment, it is currently subject to advanced legal regulations.
In our clinic, we offer ADRCs, stem cell supernatant therapy, ACRS, and PRP according to the purpose of treatment.
ADRCs
This is a treatment that uses adipose tissue (derived) stem cells.
A group of cells, mainly adipose-derived stem cells obtained by collecting adipocytes from subcutaneous adipose tissue, they are thought to release cytokines required in response to stimuli from the site of disease or injury.
They are believed to have the potential to exert angiogenesis, immune repair, anti-cell death, and antioxidant effects.
Since adipose tissue is abundant in the body, it can be harvested as much as needed.
In addition, adipose tissue contains a large number of high-quality stem cells that can be regenerated.
There are many regenerative benefits of stem cells in adipose tissue including regeneration of; bone, cartilage, adipose tissue, muscle, nerves and other tissues.
In addition, stem cells are said to have the effect of reducing inflammation. The combination of these effects is expected to reduce inflammation and pain, enhance self-repair capabilities, and regenerate lost tissues.
Our clinic provides treatment for pain patients who have been diagnosed with chronic pain.
1.Counseling
Consultation about the condition of chronic pain. You will be asked to quantify and express your pain.
We will also explain the flow of treatment and the cost of treatment.
They will be submitted to the Committee on Regenerative Medicine of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and will be performed according to the treatment plan.
2.Pre-operative scan
Liposuction is a surgical procedure. In addition to blood sampling, you will be asked to undergo imaging examination to check the amount of subcutaneous and visceral fat in your abdomen for safer treatment.
For the examination, we will refer you to a laboratory that works with our clinic.
3.Formation of surgical consultation
You will be examined by a plastic surgeon who will actually perform the liposuction surgery. You will hear about the specifics of where the fat will be taken from and what the scar will be like.
4.Day of the surgery
You will be examined by an anesthesiologist and a plastic surgeon.
The liposuction procedure will be completed in one hour.
It takes two to three hours to extract the adipose tissue (derived) stem cells by specific device forming a suspension. After that, the suspension will be administered through an infusion drip. After the surgery, the patient can walk home.
5.Postoperative follow-up
One week after the surgery, we will check the condition of the wound and chronic pain.
6.Postoperative follow-up
We will check your progress for about six months after the start of treatment.
Our body is composed of about 60 trillion cells, and these cell give rise to stem cells.
In addition to the above, there are many other factors that contribute to the development of the body.
It is important to understand that stem cells are a part of the human body.
Stem cell supernatant therapy is the process of extracting stem cells, cultivating them in a culture medium, and using them for various treatments.
Stem cell culture supernatant fluid does not contain any cells, so there is no risk of infection or cancer.
1.Counseling
If you are interested in the treatment, you will first have a consultation with a dermatologist. The dermatologist will explain about stem cell supernatant therapy. You do not need to make an appointment for the consultation.
2.Intravenous drip
Stem cell supernatant therapy is an intravenous therapy. It takes about 30 minutes to complete. There are no restrictions on your daily life activities afterwards.
3.Reservation required
You can come directly to the clinic when you want to have an IV infusion, but to avoid waiting, we require an appointment. We recommend that you call us in advance to make an appointment.
4.Treatment interval
Start the treatment once every 1-2 weeks and gradually increase the interval; continue the treatment once a month.
6.Dose
2ml/count Those who wish to have regular intravenous infusions for body maintenance.
5ml/count For people who get easily tired or feel unwell.
10ml/count For those who wish to achieve active anti-aging at the cellular level
30ml/count For people suffering from chronic diseases
PRP therapy is a treatment that is frequently used in Europe and the United States as a way to support the “power to heal oneself (self-healing power).
Growth factors and cytokines released from the platelets in your blood are extracted and used for anti-aging treatment.
Cytokines contain a variety of substances that are effective in anti-aging such as cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and collagen production.
They can be injected into areas of concern such as wrinkles and sagging to effectively treat them at the cellular level.
Specifically, it is injected into the areas of the face that are of concern.
The effect is felt after a while when the skin becomes firmer, wrinkles become shallower due to subcutaneous tissue regeneration.
No risk of allergic reactions or infections, as the components known as PRP are extracted from your own blood.
The recommended interval between treatments is once every one to four weeks.
1.Counseling
If you are interested in treatment, you will first need to see a dermatologist, who will explain PRP to you. No appointment is necessary.
2.Collecting blood
We will take about 15ml of blood for each treatment. It will be placed in a special tube and centrifuged. After that, we will prepare a syringe with PRP concentrated with active ingredients and PPP separated.
3.Face-washing
Since the injection will be done on the face, please remove your makeup and wash your face in advance.
Check the area to be injected. You will be asked to lie on your back on the bed during the treatment.
The skin on your face is thin and sensitive, so to minimize the syringe pain, skin will be partially cooled before the injection.
4.Reservation required
Treatments are available by appointment only. We recommend that you call in advance to make an appointment.
5.Treatment interval
Start treatment in 1 to 2 weeks and gradually increase the interval. Continue treatment once a month.
PRP
Platelets are a cellular component of the blood and have two major functions: (1) to stop bleeding when it occurs and (2) to release growth factors that promote tissue repair.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is extracted from your own blood using a special kit to produce a layer containing a high concentration of platelets.
PRP is known to promote tissue repair from collagen synthesis, angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory effects due to its rich growth factors.
PRP is a safe treatment method that uses your own cells, so there is no risk of contracting other people’s diseases or immune reactions to foreign substances (such as other people’s cells or proteins).
In addition, the extraction process is performed in a clean area, so there is basically no risk of infection. It is also used frequently in the fields of orthopedics and sports medicine, mainly in Europe and the United States, and is a wonderful treatment that may help athletes return to work sooner or avoid surgery.
<Diseases and injuries for which it is indicated>
(1) Chronic ligament, tendon and periarticular disorders caused by sports and other activities.
(2) Acute muscle and ligament trauma.
(3) Lateral epicondylitis of the humerus (tennis elbow), medial epicondylitis of the humerus (golf elbow), iliotibial ligamentitis (runner’s knee), patellar ligamentitis (jumper’s knee), Achilles tendinitis, plantar tendinitis, etc.
(4) Muscle tear (incomplete tear of gastrocnemius, hamstring, quadriceps, etc.), elbow, knee, and ankle joint ligament injuries, etc.
<cost>
PRP therapy is a treatment not covered by national health insurance.
<Treatment Flow>The whole process: about 1 hour.
(1) Blood collection: Blood is collected from the arm.
(2) PRP preparation: Inject blood into the PRP kit and centrifuge it to extract PRP.
(3) Injection into the affected area: Inject into the affected area at several points using a syringe with a fine needle.
(4) Rest of the affected area: You will be asked to rest in bed for about 20 minutes.
<Legal Notice>
In accordance with the provisions of Article 40, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Securing the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, etc., we have filed a notification for the manufacture of specified cell processing products and have received approval as a cell culture processing facility.
In addition, a specialized orthopedic physician from collaborative clinic will be present to perform the procedure.
Blood components, including platelets, are known to readily adhere to artificial surfaces such as glass and polymers, triggering a release reaction. ACRS is isolated using this mechanism.
The blood is placed in a special kit developed in Germany and stored at 37°C for 3 hours.
When the blood is stored at 37 °for three hours, platelets collide with the beads, releasing the anti-inflammatory substance IL-1Ra and the growth factor.
During the three hours of storage, IL-1Ra is cultured to its highest level, reaching about five times its normal concentration.
The administration interval can be daily, but we recommend an interval of one to two weeks.
It takes 3 hours for the incubation, so it is done by appointment only.
For more details, please consult with us at the consultation.
1.Counseling
If you are interested in treatment, you will first have a consultation with a dermatologist, who will explain the indications and benefits of ACRS. Since the treatment is effective when repeated, a treatment plan will be developed, including determining the intervals between treatments. No appointment is necessary for the consultation.
2.drawing blood
We will take about 10ml of your blood in a special container. After that, it will take about three hours to administer the drug, so you may leave the clinic at any time. You may also make an appointment for the administration on another day and go home.
3.Culture and centrifugation
After 3 hours, centrifugation at a predetermined speed is performed to extract only the active ingredients. 3 hours later, the product is placed in a 37°C incubator for 3 hours to allow the anti-inflammatory substances and cross-factors to increase.
4.intravenous drip infusion
The extracted active ingredients are returned to the body through an IV drip. The infusion takes about 15 minutes to complete. There are no restrictions on your daily life.
5.Reservation required
It will take some time from blood collection to administration. We will make an appointment in advance to determine when the blood will be drawn and administered before we begin the treatment.
6.Treatment interval
It is recommended to start the treatment in 1-2 weeks and gradually increase the interval. 5 treatments are recommended as a course.
